HVACR Service Core Program

The HVACR Service Core Program is a two-year program designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR). This program provides students with the knowledge and skills to install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVACR systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Students learn the fundamentals of system design, installation, and maintenance, as well as the principles of energy management, heat transfer, and air flow. Upon completion, students are prepared to take the EPA Section 608 Certification Exam, which is required to work with refrigerants.
